In the Preliminary Design stage for a new home or addition, it is essential to have a zoning review completed to address what you can build. It includes (but not limited to) the size, height, number of storeys, proximity to property lines, and so forth.

Committee of Adjustment

When the zoning for a property restricts you from designing and building what you wish for, we provide the service to apply and request for a minor variance with the  Committee of Adjustment (CofA).
