Permit Drawings,
Application and Submission
We provide full-service Architectural Design for new homes, cottages, additions and renovations from preliminary design to construction drawings to permit submission. We sign-off on permit drawings, file and submit required applications, and handle the communication and coordination until your project is approved.

Zoning, Zoning Review and Zoning Compliance,
In the preliminary design process, we can review what your properties zoning requirements are, which includes but not limited to what you can build on your property, size of build, building setbacks, lot coverage, building depth, landscape requirements, and so on.

Minor Variance,
Committee of Adjustments
At times the current zoning for your property will restrict you from building the size of home or addition you want, which is where you will require/request a minor variance. We handle the application process and attend the hearing with Committee of Adjustment (CofA).

BCIN Designer
Registered, Insured and Qualified Designer
When it comes to designing a home in Ontario, you will need to hire either an Architect or a Registered and Qualified BCIN Designer to obtain building permits.
